Our Story

Eataliano began with a simple promise: cook Italian food the right way and keep it accessible. We source excellent ingredients and treat them with care—no shortcuts, no compromise.
Our pizza dough is a natural sourdough, fermented for 72 hours and baked in a wood-fired oven for a light, airy crust with a gentle char. The same respect for technique guides every pasta, sauce, and dish we create.

Our Philosophy

We take pride in ingredients that define true Italian flavour. Our Parmigiano-Reggiano comes straight from Emilia-Romagna, aged for depth and richness.
Our burrata and mozzarella are made fresh in the UAE by artisanal producers, free from preservatives.
Simple, honest ingredients — that’s our secret. It’s why guests call us Ajman’s best Italian restaurant and home to its best pizza.
